Is it possible to change the type of coffee during the subscription period?
Yes, customers can choose the type of coffee at the beginning and changes are possible. However, changing the coffee may affect the monthly price.
What happens if the selected coffee is not available?
When choosing single origin coffee, we reserve the right to replace it if the selected coffee is sent out. In this case, we will inform you and arrange another coffee together.

What are the payment methods for the annual coffee subscription?
Paying for your annual coffee subscription is easy and secure. We offer the option of paying by credit card. Payment is made every month on the spot

The first month you have a trial period, where you have the option of stopping if you are not satisfied with the coffee. After 30 days, the subscription is concluded for a period of 12 months. Early termination of the subscription after the trial period is not possible.
