Education for anyone who would like to gain knowledge from the working environment of a professional barista and take the exam and obtain a publicly valid certificate of professional qualification NPK Barista.

The course consists of theoretical and practical work.

The course covers:

• Theory from coffee bean to cup
• Green coffee and roasting basics
• Getting to know the espresso machine and coffee grinders
• Correct preparation of espresso, filter coffee, coffee drinks with the addition of milk and espresso recipe
• Cleanliness of the working environment, espresso machine and coffee grinders
• Tasting coffee (cupping) and learning about the senses
