    Appia Life can prepare up to 250 cappuccinos per day (version for two groups). The consistency of the machine is based on two technologies: the SIS system, which enables consistent results, and Easycream, which enable the quick and automatic preparation of thick and velvety milk cream.

    Appia Life has insulation with DRYTEX THERMICAL technology, which reduces 13% of energy consumption compared to Appia II. Thanks to a new thermal system, new materials and general optimization of mechanical components, the Appia Life 20% has a lower environmental impact compared to the Appia II.

TIMER

We called it Timer as its tft display can show the shot time and order operators can check consistency in the cup. The performance remains unchanged compared to the 2 and 3 group Appia Life models. Appia Life Timer is available in 2 and 3 groups in the volumetric version (5 dispensing keys per group) with a mechanical pressostat.
