In addition to making coffee, this course also covers key concepts in health and safety, customer service and basic business practices.
The written exam tests knowledge from the Intermediate course, while the practical exam assesses the participant's ability to set up a grinder, analyze espresso extraction, latte art skills, and build drinks.
